Automating neuroimaging analysis workflows with Nipype, Arcana and Banana

Analysis of neuroimaging-research data involves the sequential application of algorithms implemented in a number of heterogeneous toolkits (e.g. FSL, SPM, MRTrix, ANTs, AFNI, DiPy).
