R for Bioinformatics Workshop
The Monash Bioinformatics Platform is running a three day hands-on workshop with a focus on enabling researchers to be able to analyse RNASeq (next-gen sequencing) data. The workshop is aimed at graduate students and other researchers and will be held on Tuesday 7th, Wednesday 8th and Thursday 16th February 2017 at Monash University Clayton Campus.
Each day is ticketed separately, so that participants can pick which workshops are most relevant to their interests. However for R beginners, it is strongly recommended to attend the Day 1 workshop as this will provide the foundation R skills needed in the later two workshops. See the links below for more information and to register for each day separately.
Note: Participants must bring their own laptop (Windows, Mac, Linux). No software installation required. Tools and data will be provided on the day.
